Complete Collection Showcased on One Platform, Direct Engagement with Retailers and a Focus on Stronger Future Partnerships

Bodycare International Limited, which has built a strong presence in the children’s innerwear and apparel segments as well as thermals for the entire family, successfully organised its Premium Retailers Meet 2026 across more than 20 cities in India. A large number of retailers and dealers participated in these meets held in Jaipur, Delhi, Nagpur, Ludhiana, Lucknow, Indore and several other cities.
A key objective behind organising these meets was to give the company’s retail partners an opportunity to view and understand Bodycare International’s extensive product portfolio and complete collection on a single platform. The company manufactures a large and continuously expanding range across various categories. It is not always possible for an individual sales executive to present such an extensive range personally to every retailer. Keeping this in mind, a comprehensive display of multiple categories and the upcoming season’s collections was organised at the meets, enabling retail partners to explore and understand the company’s complete range at one location.
Alongside the product display, bookings for thermals and other categories for the upcoming season also received a positive response from retail partners. Retailers had the opportunity to view different products, designs and categories, make selections according to the needs of their markets, and discuss them with the company team.

Retailers voices reach the company directly
The purpose of these meets was not limited to product displays and bookings. The company also developed them as a platform for direct dialogue and feedback with its retail partners.
One-to-one discussions were held between the company team and retailers, during which retail partners shared their experiences and feedback on existing products. Retailers were also invited to offer suggestions on changing market requirements, customer preferences, new product categories, designs and products that the company could introduce in the future.
The company believes that retailers, who interact directly with consumers every day, can provide insights that play an extremely important role in new product development and future business planning.
In addition, the company made an effort to understand the market-related and company-related issues faced by retail partners, as well as their practical challenges. Rather than limiting the feedback and concerns received during these meets to discussion alone, the company is also working towards developing a permanent and structured feedback and resolution system to address them.
Retailers and dealers also showed considerable enthusiasm about meeting and speaking directly with Mr Mithun Gupta, Director, Bodycare International Limited. Partners shared their market experiences, concerns and suggestions directly, giving the company an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of market requirements at the ground level.
On the occasion, Mr Mithun Gupta, Director, Bodycare International Limited said, “For us, retail partners are not merely sellers of our products; they are our most important link to the market and consumers. Our endeavour is to present Bodycare’s complete collection to them on a single platform, listen to them directly and incorporate their suggestions into our product and business planning.
These meets have provided us with valuable feedback on our existing products, along with several useful ideas for new products. Our next step is to develop a permanent and structured system for resolving the issues raised by retailers.”
Mr Anil Chelwani, Distributor, Anil International, Nagpur, said, “The meet was very well organised. If this level of engagement and dialogue continues throughout the year, it will create even better growth opportunities for everyone in the future.”
An opportunity to strengthen relationships beyond business
The Premium Retailers Meets were organised systematically to provide participants with a better overall experience. The programmes began with an extensive product display and collection presentation, followed by business discussions, one-to-one interactions and retailer feedback sessions.
A major attraction at the programmes was the lucky draw. Attractive gifts and prizes were arranged for retailers and dealers across different cities, further adding to the excitement. The cocktail reception and dinner that followed gave retail partners and the company team an opportunity to strengthen their relationships in a relaxed setting beyond formal business discussions.
Mr Anil Dangri, Distributor, Sunaya Apparel, Jaipur, said, “Dealers were very enthusiastic about this type of meet. The lucky draw added to the excitement, and bookings were also encouraging. We hope such events will continue to be organised in the future.”
Premium Retailers Meets to be held in more cities
Through these meets held across the country, the company received strong bookings, enthusiastic participation and valuable feedback from its retail partners. The initiative of presenting the complete collection on a single platform, enabling direct interaction with the company team and inviting partners to share their suggestions was received positively by retailers.
Encouraged by this response, Bodycare International Limited plans to organise similar Premium Retailers Meets in more cities over the coming months.
The company’s objective is not to limit these events to seasonal booking programmes, but to develop them into a regular platform for continuous dialogue between the company and its retail partners, product feedback, new product ideas, issue resolution and stronger business partnerships.
